Sam Alibrando, Ph.D., President of APC, Inc. works with organizations and senior executives coping with critical change management and interpersonal challenges and transitions.

Sam leads workshops on leadership development and enhancing people-processes within organizations and teams, including How to Succeed with Difficult People and Hire, Inspire and Fire: Getting the Best People in Your Organization. He has worked with large, mid-size and smaller firms on a range of assignments focused on diminishing conflict, enhancing communication and accelerating sound decision-making, in addition to

executive assessment and development, executive selection, on-boarding, coaching, team-building and organizational development. Prior to establishing APC, Sam was Director of the Fuller Psychological & Family Services, a large university-affiliated training and services organization, President of the San Gabriel Valley Psychological Association and liaison in government affairs to the California Psychological Association. A frequent and respected lecturer and seminar leader, Sam's seminal work on change processes is capped by his book, Follow the Yellow Brick Road: How to Change for the Better When Life Gives You Its Worst. He received his Bachelor's degree from Rutgers University, and his doctorate from the Rosemead School of Psychology. Sam is an Associate Clinical Professor (and currently an adjunct professor) at Fuller's Graduate School of Psychology.
